If the vehicle cannot be fixed on the spot within a reasonable time, we will recover the vehicle and up to 5 passengers to the nearest garage or your home address if it is nearer. (This level of cover does not include assistance at the home address or within one mile). This cover is also suitable for Mobility Scooters.

Roadside Home Plus
This is a package offering the benefits of Roadside Plus. Plus assistance with your vehicle at your home address. This is ideal for those drivers who do not drive long distances (includes recovery to a maximum of twenty miles) but requires assistance at their home address and recovery to their local garage if the car won’t start. This level of cover is also suitable for Mobility Scooters.

National Plus
The National Plus cover provides all round protection, bringing you the benefits of expert assistance to help you at the roadside and the security of knowing that if recovery is necessary, we will recover both the car and passengers to your home address or destination. Cover extends throughout your registered country and includes mechanical breakdown, accidents, recovery after vandalism and theft. The average call out time is 35 minutes but in many cases help is with you even quicker. The only exclusion is at or less than one mile from your home.

National Home Plus

National Super Plus
All the services provided by Homeplus together with the following:
Medical Recovery - This includes transfer to a hospital near your home, should you be hospitalised away from your home area. In addition, if the only driver becomes ill away from home, a chauffeur will be provided todrive the car back.
Car Hire - The provision of car hire for up to 3 days following a breakdown, while the car is being repaired.
Alternative Travel - Reimbursement of the cost of travel by public transport for onward travel to destination when the car is being taken to the member’s home address (or local garage).
Message Handling - Passing on a telephone message to a friend or relative regarding any delay in travel, where caused by traffic problems, accident or breakdown.
Key Recovery - A special service to assist recovery of lost keys. Includes key fob with unique number and a Freepost address for return of the keys.
